Grading / Colouring

Avid DS Nitris

Avid DS is one the world’s most powerful and creative editing systems. Boasting a plethora of features and capabilities, including real-time editing and effects, it is the ideal tool for finishing a wide-range of projects, from long-form broadcast programming to graphics-heavy short-form projects. Plus, using Avid's sophisticated project interchange format, it works seamlessly with the Media Composer offline and Symphony online suites.

It offers multi-stream, uncompressed HD and SD finishing and mastering and can work in resolutions of up to 4K, making it the ideal application to finish programmes shot on the RED or Canon’s latest DSLR camera, for example.

With its powerful colour grading and effects tools, you can create the perfect look for your project. Clean up footage and create stunning visual effects, animations, graphics, titles, and more, with a huge collection of sophisticated paint and compositing tools, 2D and 3D effects, motion tracking, image stabilization, filters, transitions, and fonts at your disposal.

Avid Symphony Nitris

The industry’s best loved finishing system, Avid Symphony (along with its Nitris hardware) has raised the bar in both speed and flexibility when it comes to polishing your prized programme. Since its introduction in 1998, it has made its way into a great number of post production houses due to its seamless integration with Avid Media Composer, as well as a pain-free transition from Final Cut Pro. With outstanding real-time primary and secondary colour correction, monitoring and playout, the Avid Symphony Nitris is one of the most accomplished tools in the post production industry to date.

Apple Color

This dedicated colour grading application from Apple brings fantastic integration from within Final Cut Pro, as well as offering a vast array of colour correction tools in SD, HD, 2K and 4K. Apple’s Color allows you to move effortlessly from the primary room for basic grading, the secondary room for more advanced corrections, right through to the render room that lets you quickly output the finished product in pristine quality. Apple’s Color also possesses a sophisticated set of video manipulation effects to really showcase your programme and make it stand out from the crowd.

What our clients say about us

“We [on Harry Brown] are really lucky to be here in my view, really, really lucky. The normal choices are highly expensive places in the centre of London and the bigger places… I find myself preferring something like [Online Post Production], a bijoux post production house where you can be cared for more, you can be noticed more… there is something downbeat about the larger corporations sometimes, not all of them, but they can be depressing, anti-film. There isn’t the kind of can-do attitude like you find in a place like [Online Post Production]. This is ideal.”
